Our weekly rental rates vary from €650 to €2,450. Please see table below.

• * Special rate for 2 persons in low season: 500 Euros.
• Rates include linen, towels, all utilities and a cleaning at the end of the stay.
  For your convenience, we also add nice locally made soaps, dish, dishwasher, washer and dryer cleaning products, trash bags etc.
• When pool is opened, additional pool towels and a mid-week pool cleaning also included.
• In winter, wood for the fire places is included.
• Prices are in Euros by bank transfer. See currency equivalent. We also accept payments in US$.
• Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
• Shorter stays as well as long week-ends are possible during the off season. Please contact us for more information and availibility.
• We ask for a 25% unrefundable deposit to secure the rent. The balance is due at least 60 days before the begining of your stay.
• €500 safety deposit will be asked at the time of the entry in the house. This sum will be fully refunded at the end of the stay if no degradation is noted. In case of dammage the replacement cost will be deducted from the amount.
• Ready to Book? Simply download our contract. Sign it then email it or fax it to: +1.301.680.6370. We will then send you our bank information for the payment. Upon reception of the signed contract and the downpayment your week will be fully booked.
